Mô tả công việc
1./ Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports to GD and Parents’ company.
2./ Preparation of quarterly and annual budget execution reports.
3./ Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions .
4./ Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in
accordance with accepted Vietnamese accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
5./ Making monthly , quarterly and yearly Tax reports .
6./ Reconciliation of bank statements .
7./ Advising on the improvement of financial management system, internal control
system, the use of financial management software, the medium-term and
program budgeting.
8./ Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing .
9./ Supervision the day-to-day operation of the accounting.
10./ Other financial management duties assigned by the General Director.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1./ Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance.
2./ Ability to work in a multicultural diverse environment
3./ Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive and tactful manner.
4./ Take decisive action on opportunities to achieve specific outcomes. Convey a sense of urgency when appropriate and persists in the face of obstacles. Get results and adds value.
5./ Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
6./ Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel), Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 - accounting software is preferable.
