Mô tả công việc
- Manage daily accounting operations compliance with Vietnam regulation and Group Singapore policy.
- Liaise and maintain relationship with external auditors and relevant government authorities on audit / accounting issues and especially protect company interest.
- Manage taxation and local report for VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT compliance with VAS and Tax law.
- Work with Regional Treasury and Head Office Finance in Singapore for Bank Guarantee, Counter-BG, Bank Facility for Vietnam project
- Manage short-long term loan for repayment properly to Holding Company.
- Study and implement new ERP system to all departments for migrating existing data to new system.
- Review finance situation, P-File of client and vendor to control AR, AP smoothly
- Manage monthly project costing & revenue, progress claim, final account.
- Coordinate with project team to complete Cash Flow monthly & quarterly
- Prepare annual Budget, compare variance between actual & forecast
- Approve payment voucher, receipts & review AR, AP, FA,GL accounts, Trial Balance for month end closing to complete Financial Report
- Review monthly payroll, compulsory insurance, staff claims and office expenses.
- Update and advise new tax regulations and local laws to management.
- Work with D.P.I and Tax Authority to apply and establish new company comply with Vietnam laws.
- Set up and implement new accounting system, policy and procedure in accordance with Local accounting principle and Group company policies
- Recruitment, set up, training and develop accounting team
- Work with HSBC to set up and associate e-banking account for Group & Subsidiary’s company
- Manage daily activities of Vietnam Office and report to Group Singapore Company
- Keep track and follow up legal case ( if any)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, Reporting Skill
• Prefer Experience with Accounting software : ERP Synergix
• Good knowledge in VAS, IFRS, Tax Laws and Local Regulation
• Problem-Solving Skills, Office management skill
• Good English communication
• Reliable & Confidentiality
• Good dealing with client for cash collection & manage AR properly
