Chief Accountant

- Execute month end close process including month end account reconciliations.
- Execute payments to vendors/employees/Vietnam Authorities
- Execute PCT, PIT, VAT, VAT refund, transfer pricing and other tax reportings
- Train, supervise and manage Accounting staffs to fulfill their duties
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flow, and cost analysis report
- Ensure all accounting records are properly kept and updated in accordance with local tax regulations
- Handle all tax matters and deal with Tax Department in forecasting, annual budgeting process and financial modeling
- Responsible for cash management
- Ensure the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data
- Make reports for Accounting Dept. and submit to the Management and Authorities
- Prepare the budget and forecast for financial planning
- Consolidate reports to Headquarte

** Additional information
You will work 6 days per week, overtime if needed

- Must have finance and human resource background
- Bacholor degree in finance and chief accountant certificate are required
- Very good at excel speadsheet and analytical skills
- Have experience of transfer pricing
- Fluent in English
- At least 5 years experience working in the same position
- Able to work under high pressure and willing to learn and work overtime when required
- Able to work independently with mutiple tasks
- Have experience in working for furniture factories is a plus
- Able to work in Binh Duong
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
