- Chief Accounting for Real Estate Developing Company
- Tax declaration for CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT
- Manage accounting books and documents included: contracts, invoices and related documents.
- Other duties assigned by Lotte Finance Manager
- Salary range: Negotiable
- Workplace: Lotte Center Ha Noi, 54 Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi
- Tax declaration for CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT
- Manage accounting books and documents included: contracts, invoices and related documents.
- Other duties assigned by Lotte Finance Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- More than 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant for real estate company.
- Experience regarding accounting and tax declaration for Real Estate company is necessary.
- Deep knowledge about IFRS will be preferred and highly appreciated.
- Candidate must possess at least a College’s Degree
- Chief Accounting license
- Understand clearly about tax declaration reports: CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT
- Fluent English skills in business working environment
- Last year PIT Finalization and Insurance documentswork experience: Housing or property development/sales/marketing or related fields
- Experience regarding accounting and tax declaration for Real Estate company is necessary.
