Chief Accountant (English Speaking)- Kế Toán Trưởng

• To lead accounting team and responsible for providing effective accounting service to both internal and external sides
• Handle all tax matters, liaise with internal departments and external parties such as banks, auditors, tax authorities and relevant government organizations related to tax, finance and accounting matters.
• Monitor and ensure the update and accuracy of whole accounting book. Make sure all transaction is updated to the system timely and all adjustment entries are recorded.
• Prepare monthly & quarterly cash flow
• To provide monthly internal reports to BOD such as: Revenue-COGS, cash flow, SGA, AR-AP report
• Ensure the compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and company procedures as well as the accuracy of all information and data
• To be responsible for updating and training accounting works, new Accounting Standards, Tax Law, Accounting Law and relevant regulations to the staff in order that they can catch up the laws timely.

- Vietnamese Nationality, Chief Accountant Certificate, University Degree in Accounting.
- At least 3 years of experience in Chief Accountant position, experience in a foreign construction company using VAS is an advantage.
- Experience in dealing with external audit and tax authorities.
- Practical business experiences and strong knowledge on Vietnamese regulations in Accounting and Tax.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Access, accounting software
- Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
- Well - organized, accurate, careful, active, high discipline
- Good management skill, high sense of responsibility, willing to work overtime and under high pressure.

Working time: From Monday to Saturday but if no urgent work, work morning Saturday only.
