Chief Accountant Cum Administration & HR

- Review all daily payment by cash and bank
- Cash and bank control
- Review all vouchers /bookkeeping
- Prepare monthly financial report to GD
- VAT outgoing invoice list prepare monthly/quarterly tax report including VAT,CIT,PIT, e-tax payment, invoice usage ...
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly statistics report
- Co-ordinate with Auditor in annual Audit, transfer pricing.
- All reports which are assigned by GD/group
- Work with all external local Authority such as : Tax Dept, Social, Trade Union, Labor Dept
- Check and make annual budget
- Set up SOP for accounting staffs or guidelines for other depts
- Check and calculate monthly salary list
- Register labor with Labor Authority and make quarterly report
- Register new staffs with Social Dept or finalize social payment when employees resign.
- Check and request for social insurance's payment
- Prepare Labor contract, decision on bonus, salary increasing.
- Prepare company policy,handbook, collective labor agreement
- In charge of recruitment

- Male/Female over 30 years old with at least 5 years experiences.
- University in Accounting and finance field
- English in Speaking and writing.
- Can work Independent and under high pressure
- Strong, careful and honest.

- Basic salary, 13th month salary and other incentives based on candidate’s performance
