Mô tả công việc
• Job Level: Manager
• Starting date: As soon as possible
• Salary: As per experience and qualification
• Benefit and allowances: Free lunch, telephone allowance, annual company trip, private health care and accidental insurance after working 6 month for our company, shuttle bus from HCMC to factory, 13th salary is payed based on business result and individual performance
Responsibilities:
• Accounting: Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations (i.e: issue official invoices, bank transfer, bookkeeping etc.); Provide overall management of the accounting records and financial reports, ensuring compliance with company, members, statutory and fiscal requirements; Setup, implement and maintain the finance management system across all finance and applicable non-finance areas; issue monthly VAT tax report
• Payroll management and HR: Transfer salary, PIT and SI; take responsibility for PIT and SI compliance; control business trip expenses and other allowances; help to create and update ILR (internal labor regulations) and employee benefit program.
• Contract management: Issue labor contracts, sales contracts and other contracts, take responsibility for the safekeeping and updating of all leases and contracts, which may affect the financial status of the company.
• Financial reporting: Issue monthly, quarterly and yearly financial report to CEO; prepare and submit reports for DPI, tax department, statistical department, social insurance department.
• Be in charge of annual financial audit and annual tax claim

Candidate requirements
Core Competencies:
The ideal candidate will be able to handle stress and work under pressure and bring along strong administrative skills, an analytical mind and the capability of being able to write concise reports. We also expect a high level of self-motivation and personal responsibility.
Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills:
Required:
• At least two years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent English and Vietnamese skills in written and spoken form
• Knowing of accounting, reporting, budgeting, control, tax etc.
• Experience with MISA and SAP software is required
Preferred:
• Working experience in an international company (preferred European)
• Experience in working for a manufacturing company is a plus
Education/Certifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Chief accountant certificate
