Chief Accountant & Finance

- Manage the Accounting function of the company, and ensures that all procedures are in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.
- In charge of regular bookkeeping of the Company. Prepare accounting entries. The Company currently has low monthly transaction volume. We can add accounting staff if the volume grows.
- Manage month-end, quarterly and annual closing activities including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations and consolidation.
- Generate financial reports, cash flow and financial analyses to the management.
- Perform tax and financial report of the Company to Government agency.
- Oversee preparation for the independent audit (when required) and meets with the auditors to review the audit.
- Suggest upgrade/change of accounting software when needed.
- Work with Director to enhance return on Cash positions of the Group
- Support Director and external consultants (if any) with special projects of the Group relating to Capital markets.

Key Skills & Abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting and the ability to implement effective financial monitoring practices and procedures
- Understand and adhere to relevant Vietnamese regulations and legislation, particularly tax law.
- Experience in Software Industry is plus
- BA degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant
- ACCA / CPA is a plus
- Proficient in computer programs (Excel, Power Point). Skill in relevant accounting programs such as Quickbook is an advantage
- Recognized by the government of Vietnam as a Chief-accountant
- Able to communicate in English (writing and speaking).
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Experience in Software Industry is plus
