Chemical & Spare part Warehouse Supervisor is a key position in the warehouse section that has responsibility for supervise day to day activities of receiving; storing spare parts/ chemicals:
- Responsible for receiving raw materials/ chemicals/ fuel that stored directly in equipment in plan.
- Responsible for delivery spare parts/ chemicals/ fuel/ packing materials to end user.
- Daily update database for chemicals/ Spare parts to management file.
- Coordinate with relevant Groups to do monthly stock take.
- Submit weekly report to relevant group (spare parts/ chemicals).
- Closing 5S finding
- Other duties as assigned.

***Knowledge & skill:
- Education level: Degree holder or equivalent;
- Knowledge in warehouse management;
- Maintain inventory of chemicals & spare partfor maintenance;
- Responsible for timely inform to relevant departments/parties for issue orders;
- Manage all goods is safety stock;
- Prepare daily & monthly report.
- Update date on sofware system Technical & accouting know is advantage.
- English skill: Be able to communicate in English/Vietnamese;
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office and data base fluently, SAP;
- Arrange tasks effectively.
***Experience: Warehouse management.

• Salary is reviewed & adjusted annually plus 13th month salary and bonus (approx. 3 months of your salary) depends on company business;
