Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose:
a. The purpose of this job is to build strong and engaging channel activity programs that allow the assigned customer group(s): distributor/sub-distributor/retailer/consumer experience and loyal with Scotch Brite, Command, Post It, Nexcare, Scotch brands.
b. Deliver target sales of each channel basing on Effective Channel Programs for Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and Bookstores.
c. Modern Trade channel will be the Key Channel for this position to focus. Having experience in this channel is Preferred.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITY:
1.Support Marketing Manager on development annual channel plan by providing market insight inputs and sharing program evaluation
• Provide inputs on market challenges and channel insights from market data collection and propose the proper actions plan by channel
• Monthly sell out analysis and stock report by channel
• Channel customer database management for segmented program communication
• Carry out survey by customer group(s) as business needs.
• Give inputs channel program calendar by presenting customer needs in terms of actual roll out timeline, target group, resources.
2.Develop annual channel activities for assigned customer group(s) align with marketing mix plan
• Collaborate with marketing partners and sales team to identify opportunities for integration of marketing efforts and processes to build the customer experiences and loyalty.
• Drive the implementation of the agreed annual channel activities and enhance it with requirements (if any).
Monthly channel promotion deployment
In store visibility program (POG management & others)
Manage production and distribution of all POS materials
Channel activities
Sponsorship, activation
• Involve in developing channel marketing programs for NPI campaign with Product managers.
• Collaborate with Key Account Manager to develop the effective programs for each Key Account with full Promotion plan and materials from Product Marketing team.
• Develop and manage annual calendar of channel activities which align to marketing calendar.
• Follow up channel programs to deliver target sales of each channel (MT, GT, other)
3. Budget /resource/ agencies management
• Follow up and update A&P budget related channel programs
• Monthly forecast and monitor A&P spending
• Manage advertising agencies, suppliers and other relevant agencies to ensure optimal cost ratio and good quality control.
• Give input to evaluate suppliers and agencies

Minimum Education, Training and Experience
1. Bachelor Degree required
2. English and Vietnamese fluency
3. Minimum 2 years experienced in Trade Marketing function – Modern Trade channel.
4. Exposure to international companies

3. Strong decision making
4. Project Management
5. Can do attitude.
