Channel Manager, Youtube & Other Platforms

The Content team at a Staberry is a group of builders, creators, producers and social media enthusiasts working together. The team operates at the intersection of content, products, audience, and our creative and brand partners. Our goal is to shape the ways content is created, whether by audience or by the best known brands and to accelerate change across the industry.

As Channel Manager, YouTube & Other Platforms, you'll help to publish our content across multiple channels and other platforms. You'll be responsible for uploading and frequently optimize content and creative materials for Starberry. With a focus on the Vietnam and SEA regional reach, you'll work on the distribution plan of these original materials which can be appreciated and shared across a large group of audience. Beyond the core deliverables lies opportunities to develop creative programs, competitions and activations which engage and reinvent the industry. You'll work to develop these opportunities and deliver content with global standard.

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
• Devise and implement best distribution strategy for content publishing and distribution to social video platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc)
• Overseeing channel growth and implementation of audience development best-practice, including understanding client aims and how they are best met
• Optimizing uploaded content to ensure highest reach across all channels and platforms
• Managing internal approvals and upload/publishing of all video content
• Producing decks and strategy documents
• Examining YouTube and other platforms analytics regularly, spotting insights, and help modifying content and strategy accordingly
• Ensuring impeccable use of spelling and grammar across all channels at all times

Minimum qualifications:
• Extensive working knowledge of the YouTube Content Creator platform and products
• A clear passion for online media and understanding of best-practice for video on YouTube and social media
• Knowledge of the YouTube content management system and other video platforms
• Demonstrable experience of client management, content planning and progress reporting
• Knowledge and understanding of audience development, SEO and SEM
• Team player with a hard-working flexible attitude and interest in working in a dynamic start-up environment
• Extreme attention to detail and organizational practices
• Prior experience and demonstrated ability of delivering high-quality work
• A self-starter who has the ability to work with multiple personalities and partners on multiple priorities
• Adequate knowledge of social video specifications and requirements
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English

Preferred qualifications:
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud edit suite or equivalent edit software
• Had experience managing multi channels on YouTube
