Channel Activation Assistant Manager

1 position of Channel Activation Assistant Manager for Traditional Off Trade:

- Plan, get approval and deploy Activation & Promotion for allocated regions.
- Work closely with Regional Trade Manager, Sales team, Agencies to develop and deliver the Activation smoothly.
- Follow up the execution and propose proper improvement actions.
- Develop supported POSM requirements and allocate to Regional Trade, Sales to amplify the campaigns
- Manage the campaigns within allocated budget.
- Monitor effectiveness of Agencies/Suppliers on Activation execution.
- Conduct meeting, report and market visit to ensure doing the thing right at market place and consumers / customers' feedbacks in the field.
- Review Sales performance, ROI and consolidate feedbacks from Internal for programs in future.

1 position of Channel Activation Assistant Manager for Modern On Trade:

Brand development for executing trade and channel activities with a special focus on innovation brands; Strongbow cider

• Building the cider category in Vietnam for the masses

• Maintaining a quarterly and annual budget

• Leading the HoReCa channel among all brands in the company portfolio; Heineken, Tiger, Larue, &Innovation brands

• Liaison between the brand and sales department closely to execute channel activities using agencies

• Control of all POSM development, stock and orders

• Assisting in new recruitment and outlet listings

• Developing the picture of success in the HoReCa channel and for the innovation brands

• Exploring new channels such as cinema, fast food

- University Degree in Business Administration, Economics & Marketing is preferable
- Knowledge of professionally advertising, culture and sociology
- 3-4 years working experiences in the relevant field in F&B/ FMCG (Traditional Off Trade or Modern Off Trade or Modern On Trade)
- Decision maker. Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem- solving skills
- Ready to travel frequently
- Conversation with spoken, written English and PC such as Microsoft Office/ Photoshop
