This position will work collaboratively across PVA with strategy and operational leaders from both Human Resources and the business, being a catalyst for change and organizational effectiveness.
This strategic role consists of several areas of responsibility, including:
• Change Management
• Culture Development
• Operating Model Definition
• Organization Design
• Capability development
• Strategic Alignment
The position will architect and deliver end-to-end solutions across an expansive portfolio of services including strategic organizational design and alignment, change management planning and execution, and culture transformation, as needed to enable and accelerate the targeted priorities.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide subject-matter expertise, project leadership, coaching, as well as hands on execution in these areas, with an additional focus on developing new skills and capabilities across PVA (e.g. change capability building)
Engage in projects such as:
End-to-end organizational consulting to support expansions and reorganizations that span businesses, functions, and divisions
Partner with senior leaders to manage change management agenda, diagnose team development/effectiveness needs in the context of an aggressive transformation agenda
Enable innovation and business performance through cultural transformation change
Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams throughout the consulting life cycle (scoping, proposal, planning, delivery, and formal closure), with a focus on:
- Partnering with HRBP and business leadership to integrate consulting services in support of transformation strategies, plans and goals
- Lead the project teams to collaborate, to develop and deliver coordinated and cohesive services and solutions best suited to meet organizational needs
- Define consulting service and product offerings related to organizational design, change management, strategic planning, team effectiveness, and organization diagnostics
- Augment the consulting value proposition with a deep commitment to industry best practices and innovative solutions, including leveraging Agile and Design Thinking principles
- Execute each phase of the consulting process, translating consulting approach into executable, operational plans, and measuring the impact of these interventions
- Support the business leadership by actively training, coaching, and mentoring the project teams to develop their change, transformation and organization effectiveness skills, as well as enabling broader capability building across PVA through the deployment of standardized tools and initiatives

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 10+ (min 5+) years of experience leading teams through process & change management
• 10+ (min 5+) years of experience working with and facilitating workshops for mid/senior-level executive management teams and demonstrating high professional standards regarding internal customer service and confidentiality
• Experience leading, managing, and executing complex, large-scale programs & projects
• Ability to work effectively under ambiguity and uncertain situation, to facilitate collaborative problem solving, to build lasting relationships & proficiency in written & verbal communication in English
• Good knowledge of agile and design thinking is highly preferred
• Positive mindset, strong resilient, persistent, and sensitive on data
• Experience with Microsoft Office products especially Power Point and Excel
• 10+ (min 5+) years of experience leading teams through process & change management
• 10+ (min 5+) years of experience working with and facilitating workshops for mid/senior-level executive management teams and demonstrating high professional standards regarding internal customer service and confidentiality
