Change Delivery Manager

Role Location: ANZ Ho Chi Minh - Vietnam
Role Type: Permanent, Full time opportunity

As the Change Delivery Manager, you will manage and deliver change events, projects, automation solution, customer resolution for process efficiency, simplifying/optimising end-to-end process, improving sevices to customers.
You are also required to understand business requirements, change context, risk, customer impacts, and working for design, analysis, solution and implementation within timeframe and budget. You will also need to work closely and collaboratively across organisational functions, build strong working relationship with stakeholders and peers for change delivery in timely and efficiently manner.
In addition, you are also responsible for:
• Work across Operations and with the related teams to identify process improvement, participate in the continuous improvement of business processes, provide inputs for improvement analysis, and deliver improvements with measurable process improvement objectives
• Direct or undertake the design, build and delivery phases of projects/innitiatives/changes and ensure delivery to agreed business objectives, requirements, schedules, costs and quality objectives. Monitor and control progress at a project level and provide regular reports on status
• Lead the planning, research, and development of allocated projects and initiatives, ensuring they reflect best practice and where appropriate can be benchmarked in line with world class standards
• Ensure all projects, initiatives, change events, improvements are managed in compliance with ANZ Group policies, frameworks, processes and standards and with external/local regulatory requirements
• Work for process improvement and initiatives with visibility of improvement and resulting business benefits within agreed cost parameters
• Identify and analyse financial impacts of strategic changes/initiatives or support to the finalisation of business case (cost/ FTE/ benefits, etc) as well as facilitate the needed approval process align with project governance, regional and local requirements.
• Support leadership teams and sponsors manage delivery portfolio initiatives to budget & ensure tangible business benefits are realised from streamlined processes

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
• Extensive experience in the banking industry with good project management knowledge
• Good understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures
• Strong knowledge of current banking technologies, systems, automation and relevant policies
• Demonstrated business sense and process experience
• Established stakeholder management, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work on challenge, high pressure environment and demanding requirement from business with tough deadline
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively at all levels including with stakeholders and networking people
