Change Analyst

- Change Impact Assessments: identify direct and indirect impacts, document, validate with SMEs/BA/stakeholders and make recommendations to senior change analyst on suitable adoption levers for consideration
- Implement change management plan, identify risks and issues, coordinate relevant responses under the leadership of the change manager
- Stakeholder Management: identify directly and indirect impacted stakeholders, liaise with change manager to identify suitable interventions to create support for program
- Communications: ability to draft relevant, short regular yammer posts about the project, provide relevant and timely key message to comms manager for communications (review FAQs, training materials, QRGs)
- Training: support as required training lead for coordination of training design, development and delivery including QA and review as required
- Coaching and mentoring all project team members on change impact identification
- Work with change agents and change champions to improve their understanding of the change impacts and help them understand how to influence positively the change in their business teams

- Completion of a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
- English proficiency is required
- At least three years’ related experience contributing to the success of midsize-to-large initiatives with above-average levels of complexity and business criticality.
- Experience collecting, analysing, and validating change impacts with stakeholders in change impact workshops for up to 4-6 roles across more than 2 business groups / teams
- Capable of working diplomatically and collaboratively in onshore and offshore teams with business, technical and operational experts onshore and offshore with varied cultural experiences
- Understands and is comfortable in a project environment, understand project and change methodology, framework, templates and deliverables.
