Mô tả công việc
- Thời gian làm việc/ Working hours: Từ 08:00 đến 17:00, từ thứ hai đến hết trưa thứ bảy hàng tuần/ 08:00 – 17:00, from Monday to Saturday Noon. Nghỉ trưa/Break time : 12:00 -13:00
- Địa điểm làm việc/ Working place: Hồ Chí Minh/ Hochiminh City
- Mức lương/Salary: Thỏa Thuận/ Negotiation
MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC/ JOB DESCRIPTION (JD)
- Receive booking request from Clients
- Reserve space to carrier & interline by email
- Input booking details to carrier’s system
- Release booking to client after receiving confirmation from all partners
- Input booking to Cargo MS system
- Update booking to load plan of CUS-OPS and CUS-Sales
- Send load plan to terminal for GSA Shipments & update before estimated time of departure if any change
- Capture AWB to carrier's system (Currently NX,RJ,UL)
- Input AWB (co-load & overseas GSA) to Cargo MS system
- Daily track & trace ex origin, via transit and update to client/carrier if any irregularity
- Send MAWB to client if required
- Send sales report to carrier/accountant if required
- Solve cargo problem & complaint from client together with sales
- Update status/solve problem of inbound cargoes if receiving request from agent/airline
- Control AWB stock
- Support OPS/Sales/Accounting if needed

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chính quy chuyên ngành tài chính, ngoại thương, hàng không/ Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Foreign Trade, Aviation.
- At least 2 years’ experience in air field and customer servicess.
- Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Anh, có bằng TOEIC ít nhất 500, CEFR ít nhất là B1/ English proficiency, Toeic 500 and above, CEFR B1 and above or other equivalent English certificate
- Vi tính văn phòng/ Good at MS office (Word, Excel,… ), A Level and above or other equivalent MS Office certificate
