CFS Warehouse Manager

Work location: 05 Truong Van Hai street, Long Binh Tan ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province

Job description:

- The key function is to ensure a smooth coordination of process flow, export cargo submission, import cargo transfer, offload and uploading the truck, documentation handling and efficient manpower flexible in responding to customers, delivering excellent service for a Container Freight Station warehouse in Dong Nai province.
- In charge of the daily operations of the cargo flows
- Daily planning of all collection and delivery of cargo
- Palletizing, sorting out of cargoes
- Assist in overseeing the compliance of warehouse security
- Co-ordination with subcontractor

Your tasks and responsibilities:

- Complete ownership and accountability of setting up the warehouse processes and building up an efficient team. Ensure all regulations/ compliance criteria are met including license for activities in the warehouse. These activities span over storage, value-added services such as pick & pack, consolidation, direct-to-store programs and quality controls.
- Execute business solutions in the warehouse. Cost control and optimization for equipment use/ rental and daily operations. Reporting included

Your skills and experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Supply Chain, or related.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience managing a Warehouse and minimum 5 years’ experience with freight forwarding
- Good knowledge of international trade, FTAs and tariffs
- General Warehouse Management skills
- Customer service skills and customer satisfaction attitude requirement Experience in working with Warehouse Management System
- Able to solve critical issues in a fast-paced environment with time–sensitive deadlines
- Possess a positive and confident personality with well-developed negotiation and persuasive skills
- Local insights: knowledgeable in Vietnamese customs requirements and process, can successfully work with customs and build on the relationship.
