Kuehne + Nagel Vietnam International Supply Chain (ISC) will hire a CFS Operation Supervisor to work at CFS - Container Freight Station warehouse in Dong Nai province. Purpose to plan the inbound/outbound CFS shipments and arrange trucking.
• To lead and support CFS Ops team
• To balance and flexibly arrange handling teams to ensure a smooth operation
• To solve and instruct OPS team if any operation issue
• To ensure the Ops team to strictly follow SOPs, rules, and skills
• To ensure the quality of container loading/safety for customer products
• To be responsible for operation safety and security
• Maintain team work, productive working environment
• Seek and assist in process improvement and operation cost savings
• Assist CFS Manager in other tasks to achieve excellent operations
• To lead and support CFS Ops team

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Supply Chain, or related.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Warehouse
• Good knowledge of international trade, FTAs and tariffs
• General Warehouse Management skills
• Customer service skills and customer satisfaction attitude requirement
• Experience in working with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Problem solving
• Ability to manage people (Tally man, Forklift driver, worker)
• Good command in English
Work location: 05 Truong Van Hai street, Long Binh Tan ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing Warehouse
