CFO

• Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions.

• Be in charge of overseeing the financial matters of all subsidiaries and affiliate entities of Group (including onshore and offshore entities), also it is not limited any new structures and further investments to be instructed by managing partners.

•Define where required internal accounting and corporate governance policies as they related to finance, accounting and controls.

• Monitor project budgets and execution for Group’s project but also various portfolio companies in coordination with the Investment team. Prepare financial reports pertaining to status of expenditures in relation to budget

• Lead and organize the preparation of feasibility studies where required for new projects initiatives in coordination with the Investment team but excluding the financial modeling related to investment projects which will remain the primary responsibility of the Investment team

• Study, analyze and report on trends, opportunities for expansion and projection of future company business growth. Supervise corporate investments and funding for the business and projects including developing relationships with banks.

• Direct the financial strategy of the group and individual businesses including planning and forecasts; conferring with partners and board members as well as senior managers, sales and department heads to establish business projections, objectives and budgets for portfolio companies.

• Responsible for the preparation and follow up of the annual external audit and liaison with external service providers onshore and offshore for audit but also tax filling, reporting and corporate secretarial where required

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and final reports in line with management and Board requirements and consolidation to overseas level for communication to shareholders and investors.

• Last but not least, help build up the financial team resources and systems to streamline reporting, accounting work and controls

- Excellent in English (4 skills)
- At least 5 years experiences at audit or multi-national firms
- Strong financial experience, dealing with banks, tax authorities, auditors
- Good management skill for the team 10-15 people
