Mô tả công việc
- Manage financial capital; communicate capital requirements/ implications of business decisions to Group CFO and shareholder.
- Initiate and manage the project financing and keep good relationship with local banks.
- Drive overall financial operations including accounting, project financing, budgetary, audits, tax.
- Conduct meaningful proactive analysis to improve key business decisions focusing on management of working capital and project expenditure.
- Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing business strategy.
- Lead financial aspects of potential M&A activity.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Proficiency in written and verbal English communication skills.
- Previous CFO level or equivalent experience in energy sector or strong project financing experience in Vietnam.
- Financial/ accounting progressive managerial experience is preferred.
- Have interest and enthusiastic for working in a start up company.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and HQ.
- CV submitted in English.
