* Job brief:
We are looking for an experienced leader to define and drive execution of a strategic business plan to quickly grow Revina into generating significant profits to help scale up REACH’s impact. You would be fully in charge, reporting to the Board of Directors, of all of REVINA’s business and staff, currently 40 professionals with an ambition to quickly grow to 500.
You must be a careful day to day manager to deliver the growth and profits objectives, while being an inspiring leader, creating a vision for success and getting full buy-in from the REVINA’s team.
The position is based in Hanoi and is open to both international and Vietnamese candidate from January 1, 2020.
* Job responsibilities:
Management:
• Develop and document a comprehensive business plan that aligns with the BOD’s strategic objectives.
• Drive execution of the business plan to meet the projected outcomes.
• Operate within the financial budgets determined by the business plan and report monthly Profit & Loss and Cash-flow to BOD.
• Manage and support the senior management team including Operation Leader, Marketing Leader, Customer Service Supervisor, Finance/ Accounting and Human Resource Supervisor.
• Provide leadership and direction in the day-to-day operation to ensure efficiency, quality of services, cost-effectiveness and workplace harmony.
• Manage general administration of all productions, payments and restore actions.
• Lead all teams and work with local governments to ensure complete compliance with legal regulations.
Services & Go-To-Market
• Conduct research, analysis and propose new services and strategies to generate profitable growth.
• Define and implement all resources and infrastructure required to deliver these services with high quality.
• Develop the pricing strategies for all services.
• Define and execute the go to market (marketing and sales) strategies to ensure fast growth for these services.
• Implement the delivery processes, quality control and customer care to ensure high customer satisfaction and referenceability.
Human Resources
• Propose necessary changes to REVINA’s organizational structure to maximize success.
• Conduct recruitment, selection, performance management and capacity building for REVINA staff.
• Provide employees with appropriate tools and training to create an environment that maximizes performance and ensures adherence to all company policy and procedures.
Integration:
• Coordinate effectively with REACH’s departments and other social enterprises under REACH’s ecosystem and work closely with REACH’s director of social enterrpises to ensure REVINA integrates with REACH’s vision/mission, business philosophy and communication strategies.
• Work with REACH’s training team for the effective coordination and integration of training curriculum, students’ internships and evaluation of REACH IT-related training courses in Hanoi.
Networking:
• Represent REVINA at relevant forums to establish partnerships and liaise with key players and organizations.
• Maintain good relationships with different stakeholders.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Business Management, especially human resource management, project management and IT system management.
• Minimum 3-5 years of business management working experience.
• Working experience and knowledge in graphic design is desirable.
• Proficiency in English essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft business applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience in planning, developing and implementing strategies/business plan
