Mô tả công việc
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
• To manage & execute operations all Subsidiaries to ensure P&L as targets assigned.
• Re – structuring should be implemented for Growth Business Plan and strategy
• Build up competitive advantages for Group company in the market
* PERFORMANCE (40%)
- Co-operate to other partners to expand business growth and seize opportunities in market.
- Set key KPIs to measure operations of All subsidiaries (alignment & integration)
- Direct and give guideline to all Subsidiaries activities how to get competitive advantages to achieve targets
- Manage all operations at Subsidiaries effectively
- Support & give solutions of integration to maximize internal strength (within subsidiaries) and external sources from partners (business / value chain and assets integrated)
- Re – structure to adapt new changes for maximizing resources
- Budget management, allocate resources, assets (truck, WH…) and optimize it at each phase of development/ investment.
- Others as directions of BoM
* INVESTMENT (15%)
- Investment opportunity identity and development
- Investment KPI
- Asset optimization
* OPERATION EXCELLENCE (15%)
- Take lead of Operation excellence and process enhancement
- Standardize and optimize all internal & external processes to manage COST, LOSSES and productivities (KPIs in dash board)
- Compliances all operations to be followed strictly
* HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (10%)
- Setup the standard HR policy for group to have quality and sustainable HR resource for organization. Coach all Directors level in business acumen & management skills during re – structure or transformation
- Build up Policy to develop potential staff for promotion or to be the successors at each Subsidiaries
RESPONSIBILITY
• Ensure solutions to integrate, maximize & utilize assets, manpower, resources … from all Subsidiaries to achieve targets assigned
• Ensure to support team to solve business issues
• Ensure all Teams to follow NDA, NCA, Legal aspect & social responsibility
AUTHORITY
• Have the right as Authority Letter in legal aspect to manage business
• Have the right to propose to BoM effective solutions for good execution and achieve targets assigned
• To refuse executions that violate or break the rule or corporate culture, Law…
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
• Report directly to BoM
• Report Indirectly to member of BoM if any (when needed)
• Manage & give direction to all Head BU/ Subsidiaries in operation
• Cooperate/ work with Partners, Government, NGO…
• Investors when needed

• MBA Degree, majoring in Economy, Trading, Logistic or Supply Chains
• Knowledge and best practices in Management (high – level)
• Good command in English
• Good Computer skills (MS Office)
• Budget control
• Data analysis
EXPERIENCE
• Min. 5 year – experience of GM or GD, CEO position of Group and/ or Holding company
• Re – structure experiences at company with medium size
• Experiences in Logistic, Transportation, Forwarding… is preferable
• Good Networking
