• To provide leadership to overall operations of the school and ensure a high quality standard by forging relations and consistent communications with key stakeholders including children, parents, staff of school and the management team.
• Coach and support teachers to monitor, assess, document and maintain evaluation and assessment of children’s learning and development needs. Provide guidance to teachers in early childhood curriculum design, development and implementation
• Develop strategies to market and grow/maintain the school’s enrolment and reputation.
• Effective cost control in all aspects of school’s daily operations
• Maintain students’ records and teacher to student ratio, and other performance indicators as required by MOET and in accordance to the Busy Bees’ quality markers.
• Upkeep the school’s physical environment and maximize the facilities to provide a conducive learning environment of students at all times

• A recognised Bachelor degree in early childhood or related field. A Master degree will be significantly advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position at a preschool
• Having experience with Montessori methodologies/schools will be preferred.
• A positive leader with high EQ, maturity, leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication (written and oral) with solid interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
• Position is based in Hanoi – Cau Giay (Vietnam)
