Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose: Responsible for the business running of the Training Centres, including: Business development, center operations, customer services and program qualification.
Responsibilities
• Business development responsibilities:
- Being responsible for the overall performance of your center with a focus on sales (main task).
- Contribute to the development of Sales and marketing strategies to hit Sales target and promote Speak Up courses
- Market survey and set up sales strategies, implying plans to achieve Sales.
- Suggest and execute Sales and Promotion policies in order to ensure Customer's benefit. quality and service of the Company.
- Receive and handle customer's complain.
- Plan and control the budget and expense at Center.
- Prepare and submit proposals for training for key sponsors.
- Liaise with Marketing to provide high qualities to customers.
- Train, coach and supervise Sales team.
- Prepare Sales reports.
• Academic responsibilities:
- Work closely with Director of Studies/ Head of studies to:
- Provide highest qualification program and services.
- Ensure smooth operations of the Academic department.
- Implementation of curriculum projects.
- Monitor/evaluate program outcomes, student assessment reports and exit questionnaires.
• Operation and administrative responsibilities:
- Recruit appropriately qualified and experienced staff for the efficient operation of the Center.
- Supervise student administration and counselling services conducted in the Center.
- Maintain and upgrade systems/procedures for all administration tasks at Center and liaise with the General Manager to ensure consistency.
- Monitor Teaching Centre purchase requisitions and expenditures.
- Provide financial and academic reports to the General Manager.
- Lead staff to provide the highest quality Programs for the students.
- Maintain and improve Programs.
- Ensure a team spirit among staff.
- Represent the school in a way that enhances its reputation.

General Requirement:
- Vietnamese Local.
- Bachelor in management or above.
- Sales management background.
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Computer proficiency: MS Office, Microsoft Project, Internet, etc.
Skills Requirement:

- Good management and organization skills
- Strong sales and customer service focus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good presentation and persuasive skills
- Training, coaching and delegating skills
- Be able to meet sales targets and work under high pressure
