Mô tả công việc
1. Center performance of your Center including center’s Profit & Loss & center’s active students. Developing and managing the Center sales plan and setting objectives
2. Ensuring compliance to local regulations and authorities
3. Implementing ICR operation policies throughout the Center
4. Responsible for driving sales results in your Center in terms of both quantity and quality
5. Ensure your Center reaches its annual sales objective
6. Deliver effective Consultants shift plan to meet the needs of the Center
7. Managing the Customer Service to generate internal sales
8. Leading by example – doing sales appointments at referral source
9. Deliver Appointment tracking and analysis of key statistics
10. Monitoring calls, appointments, course types sold, average price, discounts, and payment options with a view to ensuring a professional sales process and driving quality sales
11. Managing and understanding customer complaints
12. Contract, Invoice and collections management, general Center administration.
13. Responsible for all aspects of staff recruitment, development and motivation in your Center – directly for the CSOs, TAs, ACM.
14. Responsible for Staff discipline and dismissal in your center
15. Ensuring standard Service practices are in place (in conjunction with the Operation Manager & Academic Service Manager)
16. Deliver daily CSO meetings, weekly Sales meetings, monthly Sales Kick-Off meetings to drive sales, review results & motivate Consultants.
17. Weekly meeting with TAs, Teachers, Admission Manager, Sales & Operation Manager, Academic Service Manager)
18. Delivery Training of Center's staffs not limit to the securities & maids
19. Provide ongoing coaching to your consultants that include Observation and coaching follow up.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Vietnamese with college or bachelor degree, Business Administration major is preferred.
• Solid experience in sales of services
• Demonstrable success in growing sales (min. 1 year)
• Management experience of teams of 10+
• Direct management experience of customer relations and problem solving
• Commitment to implement and execute company policy and represent the interests of the company
• Goal-oriented
• Comfortable with commission-based bonus structure
• Management of international / multi-cultural young teams
• Experience in the education industry
• English proficiency

The I Can Read System originally came about through research conducted between 1995 and 2000 by Antony Earnshaw and Annabel Seargeant. It is structured, cumulative and hierarchical, and is the first system in the world to link clusters of letters to single sounds in a unique manner. The I Can Read reading programme enables the student to see how letters combine to create invariant sounds and empowers the student to take control of his or her own reading progress. I Can Read system teaches three essential skills that the new reader needs to learn to read: Phonemic awareness Phonics Blending sequences of phono-graphemes The I Can Read reading programme overcomes the difficulties that new readers face when they learn to read and have to combine letters into blended sounds. It overcomes the problem of knowing how to pronounce words when so many letters and clusters of letters can be associated with more than one sound.
