Center Manager

- To Develop and manage training centers in response to the company’ s directions, strategies in order to control the budget, costs and achieve the KPIs.
1. Center performance: Propose the annual financial budgets including new sales target, expected revenue, overhead costs, and HR costs
2. Execute the budget and control the costs (P&L)
3. Propose re-enrollment rate, enrollment rate, retention rate, conduct customer survey, etc.
4. Implement and execute strong marketing and sales plans
5. Discover sales and academic operation problems and solve the issue with associated personnel
6. Train and support Sales personal and achieve monthly sales target
7. Calculate bonus and follow up tuition payment status
8. Check daily cash and income

1. Property management
- Check all facilities and equipment and inventory...
2. HR recruitment
- Recruit and select staff
- Train and coach staff
- Develop and communicate with staff
- Evaluate staff performance and offer work permit for foreign teachers
3. Administration
- Follow relevant regulations, code, and law from the government
- Work with local authorities
4. Operation
- Make sure staff can follow the company policies, internal procedure, rules
- Prepare relevant documents, ppt or report for director
- Maintain company standards
- Regular meetings with staff across departments
- Follow up customer request and complaints with departments
- Solving onsite problems
- Quarterly market research and news update
5. Academic involvement
- Work with the headteacher and Academic coordinator to allocate resources for teachers, TAs and customers
- Support scheduling
- Support new class/ demo/ event preparation
- Support recruitment and resignation procedure

• Vietnamese with college or bachelor's degree, Business Administration major is preferred.
• Solid experience in sales and operation management
• Demonstrable success in growing sales (min. 2 years)
• Management experience of teams of 10+
• Direct management experience of customer relations and problem-solving
• Commitment to implement and execute company policy and represent the interests of the company
• Experience in the education industry is preferred
• Fluent English communication skills – oral and written
