Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose:
• To ensure the smooth and transparent operations of the center;
• To provide the best quality of services to the students;
• To co-ordinate the strategies, the efforts between sales team and academic team; and between center and head office;
- Managing all stages of customer services process including welcoming guests and enrolling students at center
- Aligning objectives between Sales and Academic to maximize enrollments and satisfaction of students.
- Optimizing the center team ability to support students in their learning and their achievement of their goals
- Resolving customer requests and complaints and providing feedbacks back to relevant teams for process improvements and team development
- Managing the Customer Care team and service providers to ensure the top of quality services to the customers and students
- Recognizing talents in the center and developing staff into outstanding team leaders and managers through systematic development plans, training and coaching
- Measuring staff monthly performance against roles’ KPI’s and calculating commissions and bonuses where applicable
- Rolling out all rules, policies and guidelines to all center staff and ensuring they are properly implemented/ followed to avoid misunderstanding and/or misuse of resources.
- Managing the center facilities and resources to maintain high standards of presentation and efficient usage.
- Working with relevant authorities and departments and operating the center as per required regulations and policies
- Evaluating and reporting on all aspects of the center as requested by line manager and BOD.
- Coordinating well with all departments and managing special center projects assigned by BOD

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience: management in education sector is an advantage
• Strong sense of business operations
• Well – developed leadership, managerial, analytical, organization, project management and/or operational planning skills
• Disciplined, attention to details and ability to work under high pressure with limited supervision
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills plus ability to motivate staff and connect people’s strength
• High proficiency in English and Microsoft office applications
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience: management in education sector is an advantage
