Center Director

- As the representative of the center to contact and work with customers and agencies in the area.
- To be in charge of sales target, P&L, daily operations and address issues arising of the center.
- Manage the implementation of business objectives, adjust performance management during implementation to achieve goals.
- Understand the market and leading marketing activities to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
- Ensure that the activities of the center are in line with the standards set by the Company and the Law including controlling expenses, staff, property and facilities.
- Work closely with Head Teacher and creating strong partnership between Academic, service and sales team to achieve center KPIs, optimize retention and resource utilization.
- Plan and report the activities of the center on a regular basis or upon request from the Company's management.
- Oversee training activities at the center, which is responsible for ensuring the quality of the training.
- Be in charge of hiring and training all subordinators to make sure they are well trained for their job.
- Manage teachers and operational staff to make sure they deliver teaching and customer services quality
- Other tasks requested by BOD.

- Vietnamese is preferable.
- At least 3-year experience as sales manager/business development manager/center manager (in the education industry or an English Language Center for students at ages of kindergarten, primary and teenagers)
- University Degree
- Leadership, strategy planning skill
- Strong sales and customer service focus
- Teamwork, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving, capability building
- Language: excellent English and Vietnamese (4 skills)
- Computer: excellent in MS-Office
- Other requirements: good appearance, available for shift working, in good health condition, active, adaptable and flexible.
