Mô tả công việc
• Organize the catering operations from the opening until the closing of a site
• Acknowledge of any customer request within 4 hours and come back with appropriate solution within 24 hours.
• Ensures the good quality of the service delivered to the existing clients under his responsibility
• Controls and organize catering daily operations
• Manage and collect any requested report/form/official documents from teams on sites
• Advise Operation manager risk preventive measures in all aspects relating to the services and other issues of the company.
• Identify and report all risk on sites to Catering Operation Manager and advise solution options
• Strictly Controls Food Cost for the sites under his management
• Work closely with OPS Department to optimize purchasing and secure supplies for sites under his/her management
• Work Closely with OPS to optimize delivery/supply cost to sites

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in relevant fields.
- 3-5 years experiences in F&B management (4-5 stars hotels is a plus)
- English proficiency
- Communication skills
- Acknowledgement in F&B, food services & cooking.
- Good mindset, honest, dynamic.
- Working under pressure
- Business trip available
- Microsoft offices skills
