Mô tả công việc

As the Category Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Key Account Managers in the Category to drive the business growth through the articulation and delivery of superior value propositions, new product development, strategic pricing, and utilization of effective prospecting and strategic selling skills.

Key accountabilities

1. Customer relationship management
• Develop multi-level, cross-functional customer relationships and secure strategic alignment to promote O-I BJC VN glass as the premium, best total value packaging supplier;
• Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in line with O-I BJC VN business strategy, category, portfolio and investment plans;
• Develop and implement approved sales plans, aligned with Category Plan, to grow volume, revenue, and margin in existing customers within the assigned segment/ territories;
• Be customers’ Partner to bring them value added solution; be a point of contact to customers in charge and resolving any issues that they have;
• Review customers and products against the strategic pricing and contribution targets;
• Execute customer contract process including but not limited to contract negotiation, documentation and execution;
• Conduct regular internal and Account Plan reviews;

2. Business Development
• Work with regional teams to refine category development strategy, including developing category segmentation, identifying the way to maintain and develop current and potential customers to target with right product, pricing and services;
• Identify new business opportunities within assigned territory and untapped market;
• Bring forward new initiatives for continuous improvement and growing and securing revenue;
• Propose plan for new product development and ensure the implementation;

3. Operation and team Management
• Ensure the effective liaison between design, marketing, pricing, supply chain, quality and production team to provide the correct products and services to customers in a timely manner;
• Make sales planning and execution in line with Sales and Marketing Department;
• Lead and develop the Key Account Managers in the assigned Category to drive the business growth;

4. Others
• Other tasks decided by the Sales and Business Development Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management positions; proven experience as Category Sales Manager or similar role;
• Experience in B2B industry or Packaging industry is a plus;
• Excellent communication and people skills;
• An analytical mind with a strategic ability;
• A strong can-do attitude with a strong drive for results;
• English and MS Office proficiency;
• Excellent organizational skill; problem solving and negotiation;
