Mô tả công việc

1. Perfect Store Leadership:
• To manage and to be responsible for orchestration of MT channel planning tasks in including category sales plans and commercial delivery across all categories.
• To manage and to be responsible for collaboration with MT channel and with major customers to deliver the PERFECT STORE plan.
• Enforce adherence to key processes: Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Critical Operations Decisions (COD), and Purchase to Pay (P2P)…
• To manage Global Mondelez Perfect Store programs for the nationwide of Vietnam and participates in learning/sharing opportunities across the Asia Pacific/Global community.
2. Perfect Store Strategy & Planning:
• To manage store’s owner understanding with a competitive lens and external radar.
• To manage the channel planning: sales plan/channel, activity calendar, innovation launch plan; the channel revenue management: trade spend, ROI, programs (depth, frequency, calendar).
• Develop the picture of success for each retail environment under the “Perfect Store” program.
• Contribute to the development of the Perfect Store strategy, which supports the Mondelēz Viet Nam global vision, strategy and values.
3. Perfect Store Systems and Operation:
• Responsible for internal collaboration with category planners and MT sales directors.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Category planners to grow the category, execute brilliant basics and plan winning programs.
• Establish investment priorities and execute the plan brilliantly in respect of A&C budget and ROI goals.
• Commercialize brilliantly Innovation and Renovation with customers.
• Communicate clear priorities for the sales team for GT channel: Must Stock List (MSL), Recommended Retail Pricing, Visibility standards /POSM, Trade programs, cycle priorities.
• Recruit, retain and develop a team of brilliant trade marketers; Orchestrate sales and marketing collaboration and lead the pace of planning and execution.
• Adhere strictly to Mondelēz Marketing code; know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position; lead ethically and role model compliant behavior.
4. Category planning:
• Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) in collaboration with Demand Planning, Commercial Finance, MT Sales team and brand teams (Marketing): base portfolio, new product launch, trade and consumer activities (promotions) for MT Channel.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor degree in business related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in same position in MNC environment.
• Critical thinking, analytical skill.
• Complexity management.
• Hands-on, energetic self-starter, collaborative team player.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.
• Ability to work in an environment where change is a constant, employees are diverse and demanding and priorities are frequently changing.
• Ability to work virtually across teams in different countries and different functions.
• Proven success as trade marketing head.
• Excellent shopper & customer understanding.
• Ability to analyze retail trends and insights.
• Sales Management: including channel management, category management.
