***This position is responsible for the growth of a group of assigned categories. Candidate is expected to execute the growth plan to achieve sound business results. A strong result-oriented mindset is crucial to the success of the candidate.
• Be responsible for overall growth strategy in number of orders and GMV for the particular group of category
• Maintain relationship with key sellers to ensure overall competitiveness in assortment, pricing and stock availability
• Use available campaign tools and promotional budget to market trendy and best selling SKUs to Buyers
• Manage and monitor performance of category team

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 3 to 10 years experiences in Sales or Relationship Management in various industry including Electronics, FMCG, Health & Beauty, Mother & Baby, Groceries, Fashion.
• Have managed group of around 10 people
• Strong sales mindset
• Great problem solving skill
• Great communication and collaboration skill
• Understanding of relevant category group is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English is preferred but not must
