1. Category Strategy
•Based on market trend, shopper/retailer insight & internal data, plan a sharp category/channel/customer strategy
•Unlocking market potential by localizing strategy, approach
2. To ensure excellence in execution by controlling traffic in all channels
•Controlling traffic by ensuring all Initiatives execution not overlap each other
•Defining priority activity/plan in case too much hectic traffic
3. To plan below the line of launch/re-launch plan
•Dressing up store to highlight new launch/re-launch
•Internal motivation: deploy and motivate sales team
•External: event, incentive
•Following up & Monitoring post launch via feedback, report, audit, market visit
4. Deep dive into market, retailer, shopper insight
•Analyzing internal/ external data (market trend, shopper insight) to deeply understand key IO to plan category strategy every year
5. To manage & monitor budget effectively
•Always review & find out creative way to deliver target within limit budget
6. To well align across department/function
•To build relationship across Marketing & Sales Function to sell and align Category/Launch or Re-launch plan
7. To manage Category field team
•To build internal process among In Store and Sales team to ensure proper care for in store

•University graduate, preferably in Business Administration
•Minimum 3 year experience in sales/ TMKT Category management
•Good communication in English both oral and writing
•Strong Business sense & strategic thinking
•Frequent engage with market & sales team

•Strong Leadership skill
•Dynamic, self-confident, embrace challenge
