Mô tả công việc
1. Take responsibilities on booking all accounting data into MISA program on time and accuracy.
2. Reconcile bank transaction and all payment by cash and credit card to make sure all accuracy. Supervise all cash received to be deposited in bank within next working day.
3. Assist Chief Accountant to check tax reports VAT, FCT, PIT and CIT and return VAT
4. Assist CA to make clear all payment and in order before submitting request of payment to General Director and Head Office for online approval
5. Calculate Fixed Assets, Tools and Equipment and deferral prepared expenses
6. Assist Chief Accountant to ensure all related accounting documents checked, filed and maintained in compliance with requirements from BOD, Head Office & local regulations.
7. Assist Chief Accountant in inventory management and physical checking when needed base on requirement from managements, internal and external audit.
8. Prepare all general ledger transactions and reconcile the trial balance on monthly/quarter, year fiscal in VAS – MISA system
9. With Chief Accountant prepare accounting and tax data for external audit on each fiscal year
10. Support CA to make tax liquidation reports at the end of year.
11. Other duties upon the request of Chief Accountant

1. University degree Accounting/Finance major.
2. Be good at both spoken and written English.
3. Proactive responsible, careful, independent & multi-task working under high pressure.
4. Have knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards, Tax regulations.
5. Have experience in export, import is a preferable.
6. Willing to work overtime to complete reports base on deadline
