At MERCI we deeply know that having a professional receptionist is vital because she is the face and voice that greets and welcomes incoming customers and represent our company! We take this position seriously!
Here are our receptionist's tasks:
- Warmly welcome customers, introduce our place, our menu and understand client's needs.
- Listen to customers while giving an appropriate, useful response.
-Handle bookings, inquires from customers via phone, emails, Facebook messenger…
- Help our team to communicate with foreigners.
-Take care customers before and after the treatments to be certain they are fully satisfied.
-Post some recruitment classified when the company need.

- 13th payment + 10% commission on products sold
