- Prepare and send invoices for collection of all school fees
- Follow up via email and phone calls to parents to make sure all fees are collected on time.
- Collect tuition fees and other fees
- Prepare daily and weekly Bank deposit report;
- Handle refund process for students
- Undertake other tasks as and when assigned by the Office Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree or equivalent in the relevant field of studies ( Accounting, Financing, Business Administration)
• Competent English written and oral communication skills.
• Solid experienced in cashier functions and administrative tasks.
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Able to solve problems and work under high-pressure
• Able to work independently and coordinate with team.
• Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
