Cashier - Accountant( Female )

• Ensure all charges are correct and checks addition on all service orders and receipts before accepting cash.
• Process all paperwork and maintains organization of all logs and files.
• Receive payments for products and services rendered. Authorizes all credit card and check payments. Returns receipt and change to customer.
• Initiate & maintain all related paperwork.
• Maintain Inventory logs for parts sold.
• Maintain customer logs and service records.
• Maintain accurate warranty records. Ensure prompt receipt of warranty money due.
• Assist bookkeeper or other administrative assistants, as required.
• Provides prompt and accurate service on the cash register.
• Greet internal and external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Handle transactions quickly, and courteously.
• Usually indoors, however outdoor work is required when outdoor events are scheduled.

• Female, over 30 years old.
• University degree - Accounting/Finance major
• Have at least 5 years of experience
• Be good at both spoken and written English
• Proactive, responsible, careful, independent & multi-task working under high pressure
• Have knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards, Tax regulations
• Have experience in export, import is an preferable
• Willing to work overtime to complete reports base on deadline
