Mô tả công việc
• To handle the accounting issues of the company including cash receipts, bank statements, strictly follow the cash management and bank settlement system, and be able to manage cash.
• Update daily cash forecast table.
• Singly fill in the cash and bank deposit journal and clear the balance on the basis of receipt and payment voucher. The consistency of cash balance and actual cash on hand is required. Check the balance on the bank account with the bank statement. Compile the weekly cash balance sheet and adjustment of the balance on the bank account at the end of every month.
• Establish the payment liquidation system and deal with the payment issues. Collect and pay off the sum of items on a timely manner.
• Prepare bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits.
• Post revenues.
• Post customer payments and payments to suppliers by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
• Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions / FOC, customer service departments, and from customers.
• Resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
• Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
• Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line.
• Do reconciliation.
• Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status.
• Assist the chief finance accounting to handle other related issues.
