Role Location: ANZ Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City
Role Type: Permanent full-time
As the Case Manager, you will be responsible for-
• Coordinate and track all onboarding cases from Global, International and FI and ensuring appropriate status updates are provided to respective parties.
• Act as first contact point for onboarding and manage AML risk of on-boarding of customers, including evaluation of AML risk, making recommendations to management/approvers and taking appropriate escalation steps.
• Develop and implement improvement and change initiatives which provide measurable business benefits to both internal and external clients; Manage changes to scope and deliverables to meet stakeholder expectations and requirements
• Effectively coordinate any escalations, issues and complaints until resolution. Oversee implementation of service and processing remediation tasks to ensure any systemic issues are addressed
• Produce accurate and timely management reports for all designated areas highlighting actual performance, performance against a plan and culminate performance for action to be taken.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with key local stakeholders, including Relationship Management, Operations, Implementation, Product, Compliance, Legal and other business partners to ensure a complete end to end service proposition is delivered
• Promote good AML/KYC practices within the bank in dealings with Business, through engagement of business and socialisation of AML/KYC requirements.
• Responsible for Client Service credibility across all distribution channels by developing, implementing and coordinating sound relationships with appropriate network peers and key stakeholders.
• Deliver effective communication ensuring stakeholders are informed, understand and support the departmental and organisational objectives

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
• Experience in KYC documentation and processing ideally from a compliance background
• A strong conceptual and practical understanding of Client Onboarding
• Good knowledge and application of procedures and policies fundamental management principles
• Product knowledge in Cash, Trade, Markets and Lending is preferred
• Solid background in stakeholder management
• Experience in identifying and implementing constructive change to increase productivity, reduce cost and improve service
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
