- Supervising ground handling company to make sure they follow Korean Air procedures
- On behalf of airlines consulting customers, solving problem arises, supporting managers to make decision on flight issues for out-bound and in-bound cargo.
- Receiving customer’s incoming calls and answering enquiries about cargo.
- Handling flight operation (including documenting)
- Others job as per Station Manager’s request

* Job Requirements:
- Education Degree: Bachelor Degree or similar degree (at least 3 years graduated)
- Language skill: Fluency in English (especially Speaking and Writing)
- Experienced Job Category: Not required, however working experience in Airlines field can be considered preferable
- Work Place: Noi Bai International Airport
- Working time: Based on shift allocation (Day time & Night time schedule)
- Salary Range: Based on Korean Air’s regulation
