Our office in Hanoi, Vietnam, is recruiting a Cargo Services Agent (based in Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi) and we are pleased to invite applications for this position.
KEY ROLES
1. Handle cargo reservations and space management duties daily with customers (B2B)
2. Support operational and servicing enquiries of our cargo trade partners (including Freight Forwarders and Ground Handling Agents)
3. Work with Head Office, Airport, Sales and Accounting colleagues to complete tasks
4. Understand SIA Group cargo product and handling/operational procedures
5. Handle some administrative duties and adhoc projects
6. This is an office-hour position, though activation outside office hours may be required in exceptional circumstances

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Degree from a reputable University
2. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English and Vietnamese
3. Basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
4. Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail
5. Service-oriented and enjoy interacting with people daily
6. Candidates who have demonstrated basic leadership skills and ability to work under pressure will be valued
7. Fresh graduates or recent graduates with 1-3 years of work experience in logistics or freight forwarding are welcome to apply.
** Successful candidates will be provided with relevant training and supervision. Staff benefits package include profit sharing bonuses and free travel to any Singapore Airlines destination once a year. There are also opportunities to participate in trainings conducted in Singapore, with expenses covered by the company.
