China Airlines from Taiwan is seeking a position of Cargo and Passenger Operations staffs (5 vacancies) based in Hanoi Branch.
Working in Cargo field
1. To handle freighter & passenger flights: Cargo loading plan, cargo loading & unloading monitoring at ramp site & warehouse, cargo booking, AWB issuing & input, AMS, Manifest, V-Out, CFL, special cargo & DG handling, ensure flight safety, etc.
2. To handle Inbound/Outbound cargo IRR cases, claim tracing, checking.
3. To handle routine office works such as flight check, handle phone calls & requests from customers, H/O, others oversea stations.
4. To keep good relationship with customers.
5. To make related reports.
6. Working place at Noi Bai Airport Office.
Work in Passenger field
1. To handle passenger flights: counter service, flight departure/arrival gate handling, baggage service, ramp operation.
2. To handle routine office works such as flight editing, handle phone calls & requests from customers, H/O and others overseas stations.
3. To keep good relationship with customers.
4. To make related reports.
5. Working place at Noi Bai Airport.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree.
- Good communication skills in English with TOEIC 600 scores and above
- Ability to work high pressure and team building capabilities are essential.
- Hard working, aggressive, motivated and professional attitude.
- Standard computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in airlines industry field is priority.
- Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage
