Mô tả công việc
* Drive the Cards Usage & Loyalty strategy
- Increase market share of VP BANK cards across spend categories.
Implement cards usage strategy in line with overall objective to attain category leadership in desired categories.
- Design campaigns above the line & below the line that promotes use of cards for daily needs, increase transaction volume on the card and/or reduces dormancy.
* Manage strategy performance and merchant relationships
- Monitor turnover data & program performance to improve effectiveness.
- Ensure merchant payments are sent/received in a timely and compliant manner.
- Ensure third party service providers are fully trained and aware of the feature prior to launch.
* To ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and other Bank guidelines
- Ensure all communication with cardholder on usage programs & events at various customer touch-points is updated, consistent & compliant.
- in charge of customer onboarding, attrition management, merchant offer communication
- Ensure all sign-offs are obtained and contracts signed with service providers prior to launch.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Technical
- Education/Training: ‘University Graduate, major: Banking and Finance, Economics, Marketing or related areas;
- Experience: ‘At least 02 years’ experiences in credit card product;
- Other requirements (If any)
* Skills
- Language requirements: English (fluent), Vietnamese is a plus
- Communication
- Networking
- Negotiation
- Problem solving and decision making
- Marketing expertise
- Computer Skills : Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, Knowledge of MS Project.
