Card Operations Manager (POS)

Card Operations Manager is responsible for the management of all Payment Operation Activities including: Payment, Reporting, Statement, Dispute, Chargeback but not limited and will report to Head of Smart POS.
1. Reporting:
 Building report forms to get data as request of Payment Operation.
 Monitor report data relate to Card & E-wallet transactions, dispute, chargeback, …
 Confirm Credit Card Statement data for SBV or relevant team as request.
 Check and assure the correct balance between GL Balance and Card Statement.
2. Payment Processing:
 Check and follow List of Merchants Payment.
 Ensure that all Payment Transaction uploading to system Successful.
 Follow process of money come for Payment transaction.
 Participate all project of development new Payment channel.
 Process all issue relate to dispute & chargeback, …
3. Other Operational activities:
 Doing manual transaction adjustment in Payment Management System as request.
 Support Merchant in Using our service (Transaction, Payment, statement, dispute, chargeback, …).
 Building Professional Processing related as Request of Management.
 Contact to other Parts to solving all issues incurred for Payment Operation activities.
 Solving all complaints case relate to Operation area.
4. Other support:
 Compile data for providing periodical reports and required by the management.
 Participate in company’s projects and other change management initiatives.
 Improve and develop future Card & Payments strategy.
 Other tasks assigned by Head of Smart POS and Company.

1. Background:
 University degree, preferably in Banking, Economy or Finance.
 Minimum of 5 years related to bank card operations experience.
 Experience in payment process and payment channel.
2. Skills:
 Time management, presentation and negotiation skills.
 Strong attention to detail, analytical and excellent follow-up skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
 Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
