The incumbent will manage and develop trustworthy relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals and other customers in the assigned territory. Will be accountable for selling Capital Equipment of Surgical Innovations in the North or South of Vietnam
A day in the Life
- Function as a subject matter expert on assigned Surgical Capital Equipment, and monitor industry trends and develop business plans to meet the sales targets in a professional, compliant, ethical and effective manner.
- Manage and build on strategic relationships with existing customers whilst acquiring new customer accounts.
- Generate new equipment sales leads from end-users, help them escalate to Medical Technical Equipment department and hospital Board of Directors to get their endorsement
- Work with distributors, tender integrators for both individual equipment sales and bundling project sales to ensure our high success win rate
- Regularly update situations in Equipment Sales Funnel
- Develop sales plans, activities and campaigns and manage the day-to-day sales activities.
- Develop business opportunities with new and existing clients to maintain product loyalty, and increase market share.
- Co-operate and manage distributors in terms of selling activities, channels management, inventory tracking, forecasting, coaching and training.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities or customer complaints relating to the product, procedure and quality system.
- Assist in the planning and execution of annual marketing and training agenda
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales and margin targets.
Attributes:
- Proven strong performance record in sales, especially in terms of Capital Equipment and Project Sales
- Existing network in medical device industry will be an asset
- Strong learning agility and problem solving skills
- Able to assimilate and communicate complex technical information
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Team work and sales oriented

• 3-6 years of previous sales experience in medical devices, medical equipment or Pharmaceutical industry with at least 1 year working in Capital Equipment Sales
• Existing network in medical device industry will be an asset
• Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software

Must Have
• Healthcare/ Medical / Pharmaceutical/ Business/Commerce Diploma/ Degree
