Overall purpose of the job: CR & STT Program Provincial Assistant is in charge of the coordination & implementation and data collection of CR & STT programs. Besides that, this position does other assignments by Capacity team and to Support other programs implemented by VCF as requested.
*Specific Responsibility
- Update database/medical equipment list from hospitals in provinces
- Update database of Vietnamese surgeons, cardiologists, pediatricians, physicians, neonatologists’ doctors and nurses (doctors in Asia countries for telemedicine also)
- Do the translation for programs (English-Vietnamese and vice versa)
- Programs preparation for Critical response, clean water, Survive to Thrive as requested
- In charge of installing Survey app survey on table, work with local partners (hospitals) all issues related to the apps.
- Analyzing quantitative data to improve results
- Do the monitoring and evaluation, impact numbers, beneficiaries for capacity programs and report to manager
- Report the budget plan and expense for all programs
- Taking photos of each event, uploading to VCF drive and update to program manager/PR manager.
- Collect and write program impact stories to submit program manager/P&R manager
- Write and reply correspondences to VCF partners
- Do the payment requests and other admin jobs
- Logistics and paperwork regarding donated medical equipment
- Travel, logistics and organization of trips, handover ceremonies, training courses
- Strictly doing and following up SOP for each program
- Support other programs if required
*Reporting:
This position will report to the following management levels:
- Capacity Program Manager
- M&E Program Manager (in term of M&E works)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications:
- University graduated.
- Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Experienced and having track-records in development field and M&E works is preferable
- At least 2 years of working experience.
- Result Based Management Practices, confidence and appropriate communication skills.
- Logical thinking and good presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, and willingness to put in extra work when needed for events and projects
- University graduated.
