Campaigns & Promotion Manager - Casino

To oversee all Main Floor Casino Promotions, Events and Player Loyalty programmes including pre-planning, planning, execution & post promotion/event follow-up
Oversee the planning and execution of casino marketing programmes, campaigns, promotions, loyalty programme, events and their related functions.
Leads a team of staff responsible for the daily co-ordination of the loyalty programme elements from both the back of house and the on-floor operations.
Oversee the day to day operation and administrative tasks of the Rewards Club.
Responsible for the management and control procedures of Patron Management.
Develops and maintains all related SOPs related to Rewards Club, Campaigns & Promotions.
Manages the calendar of events ensuring timely delivery and execution of all programmes; designed with the needs of customer in mind.
Manage all key business relationships internally and externally to ensure smooth implementation of all promotional activities.
Coordinate internally and externally to ensure all supply, visual and promotional display for promotion and events are well prepared and delivered on time.
Achieve performance targets set by, and agreed with senior management.
Manage income and expenditure budgets accordingly as set by management.
Ensures strict adherence to the company’s Data Security and Privacy Policy through rigorous compliance to all Regulatory and Internal Controls via the adoption of Best Practice Strategies, standards, policies and procedures for such.
Keeps track of existing products/services and/or progress on new initiatives.
Must be knowledgeable of all events/promotions/etc. on property and in market.
Stays up to date with the latest developments in both the local market and industry.
Identifies ways to increase efficiencies and to improve products or services.
Ability to manage self and time, including the ability to balance multiple requests.
Ability to handle pressure and assist in the resolution of disputes.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or above
Knowledge of IGT Patron Management & Microsoft Office products
Two or more years’ related experience in the management of Casino Promotions, Campaigns and Loyalty programmes
Must have a track record of excellent customer service, a great work ethic, and a desire to help guests to have the best experience possible.
