Campaigns & Promotion Executive - Casino

Responsible for the creation, deployment and on-going management of the Casino Marketing Promotions, Campaigns and Events.
Plans and executes casino marketing programmes, campaigns, promotions and events and their related functions.
Ensures smooth execution of all promotional plans, control of promotional budgets and achievement of business expectation and goals set by management.
Draft Programme outlines, terms and conditions, contracts; prepare budget of all promotional programmes for Management approval.
Prepare prize payout summary and Proforma analysis for Finance department.
Monitor, the launch and execution of promotion programmes with operation teams to ensure all procedures and policies are implemented as planned.
Source and liaise (from time to time) key external agencies to support promotional programmes, ensure cost effectiveness and good relationships are established with key support agencies.
Co-ordinate all Voucher Requisition.
Coordinate internally and externally to ensure all supply, visual and promotional display for promotion and events are well prepared and delivered on time.
Ensures strict adherence to the company’s Data Security and Privacy Policy through rigorous compliance to all Regulatory and Internal Controls via the adoption of Best Practice Strategies, standards, polices and procedures for such.
Keeps track of existing products/services and/or progress on new initiatives.
Must be knowledgeable of all events/promotions/etc. on property and in market.
Stays up to date with the latest developments in both the local market and industry.
Identifies ways to increase efficiencies and to improve products or services.
Ability to manage self and time, including the ability to balance multiple requests.
Ability to handle pressure and assist in the resolution of disputes.
Other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree an advantage.
Knowledge of IGT Patron Management & Microsoft Office products.
One or more years’ related experience or equivalent combination thereof.
Must have a track record of excellent customer service, a great work ethic, and a desire to help guests to have the best experience possible.
