* Background:
We are a next-generation marketing and payment platform that connects market-leading brands with consumers through a simple-to-use, fully integrated and data-driven coalition loyalty program. Our solution enables consumers to earn and burn loyalty points conveniently by interacting and transacting with the brands of their choices across nation-wide merchant network that today reaches 30% of the Vietnamese consumers. Our goal is to revolutionize the omni-channel shopping experience in Vietnam and set the standards for how brands should engage their customers by leveraging data to drive consumer insights, marketing efficiency and product personalization. We also offer technology solution to help established businesses enhance their existing loyalty programs with access to a broad, diversified portfolio of brands and rewards.
* Role & Responsibility of the Growth or so-called Campaign planning team:
We’re looking for someone who is both analytical and product-minded to build strong, sustainable growth. Growth is about improving acquisition, activation, retention, revenue and referrals (AARRR) systematically.
As our Campaign Planner, your role will be to accelerate this growth without compromising on customer experience or retention. You’ll need to foster a culture of experimentation and growth through product, marketing and data.
You’ll spend your time:
• Defining, measuring and understanding our growth metrics. How do they interrelate?
• Understanding users’ engagement and use of the product. Where is the magic moment, and how can we help people discover it earlier?
• Designing marketing experiments, promotions campaign and quickly iterating to improve key metrics.
• Work closely with Product & Customer Experience team to building longer-term product features that generate network effect and encourage word of mouth referral.
You’ll work with marketing team to optimize customer acquisition and activation via campaign design, and our data analytics team to ensure you can get the data you need to make the right decisions. You will also work with our product and design teams to balance development priorities between iterative growth initiatives and features that are solely about a delightful customer experience.
Over time, we’d expect you to grow and run a dedicated growth team, staffed with design, product, data and digital marketing specialists.

• You’re deeply analytical and driven by data
• You are familiar with these skills: Statistics, Programing, Excel modeling, Analytics, Database Querying, A/B Testing, Web scraping
• You are familiar with CRM tools, refer Capillary CRM system.
• You’re hands-on and focused on rapid execution
The must haves:
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably at a startup, achieving success and proven results of growing a user base on a consumer facing site
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
• Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
• Being social and understanding users’ behavior; having great customer relations skill
• A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience
• Not being scared of pivoting
• Being performance and results-oriented
• Being curious and creative
• Being relentless in pursuit of growth
• Greater than or equal to 3 years’ experience of launching a B2C app
• 5-10 years of well-rounded marketing experience in positions of increasing responsibility- with a focus on market expansion and identifying emerging market trends
• Experience in Consumers Research, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Market Communications, Brand Management & Business Development.
