Mô tả công việc
* Hotline customer service
- Coaching call center staffs
- Coordinator with Internal relations and daily brief new updated information to team
- Support staffs or other department solve customer’s enquires or Complaint.
- Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of customer service inquiries via the phone, email and other channels communication.
- Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc.
- Arranging and monitoring the work schedule, compliance time to ensure the number of employees during peak hours.
* Reporting: KPI services
- Measure performance with key metrics: answered call, average call time, average waiting time before pick up, call pick up less than 10 second, missing call, timing to reply email…
- Keep management informed on issues and problems
- To reports and communicate the key issues (Top reasons to call, to email…)
* Other activities
- To ensure on a daily basis the proper functioning of the equipments and other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors (customer survey by telephone…)

- Proven work experience as a customer service leader or supervisor
- Good English
- Organization skills and ability to work well with other departments
- The candidate must be rigorous, can take initiatives
